Video on home page featured video

I am sure this has been asked before. I can get a video post to work correctly but I cant get the video thumb nail to show in the featured video section of the home page as you have on your example.

I assume this is a custom field tag as with "thumb" for the thumbnails but I cant figure it out or find out what this should be.

Please help. http://q5ing.com bottom of the page, video 2.
