Alignment Issues

I set up agentpress for my client and made some modifications to the theme per my client's instructions and I have a problem with some spacing on the homepage of the website. Here is a link to the site:

For some reason the properties are spaced out very strangely instead of wrapping nicely. The client only wanted the featured properties completely filling up the homepage so I made the adjustments to the theme and commented out some things and thought I had everything working fine until they got uploading the properties and ran into this. Any ideas?

I updated the them option to include 50 properties in this featured area. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated... thanks!
