Plugin Advice

Hi All,

Just thought I'd ask this in case someone has an easy answer!

I have a plan for a tip of the week type box on the frontpage of my sire:
www.protocall.ie

I was wondering if there is a plugin that will store up to 52 "weekly tips" (just a few sentences) and cycle them weekly (with an option to manually cycle through the old ones).

I'd be very grateful if someone knows how to do this.
