changing colors

I have been able to change the colors on the Pro Media site except for two outermost vertical gradient boxes and the home/about tab background navigation bar. Where are those codes located? There's also area behind the rounded edges to the background box that won't change.

Sorry I can't send a link because I'm working off the college server at the moment.
