Featured Video Not Rendering

The featured video is not rendering properly. With no YouTube URL listed in the Revolution Tech Options, it appears that there is one place on the home page for a featured video. When I enter the YouTube URL for the Video we want to show, it appears that there are two places for a video on the home page, but no video shows up. I have tried just entering the video id, but that renders nothing either.

As a temporary solution, I added the YouTube embed code directly to the sidebar.php code and commented out the php code. When I do this, the video finally shows up, but another white area shows up below it as if there should be another video, so it creates a large white area in the right column.
