Can WP Gallery images link to a content page?

Hello, I cannot get my images to link to anything but the default post or image URL's no matter what I type in the LINK URL Box is changes to File URL after clicking Save All Changes. I am wondering if this is a 3.0 bug or if something else is going on:

**This is while using the Insert Gallery Button**
