Cannot upload the themes

I am getting this error in when I try to upload the zipped files of Agent Theme"

The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/cebupropertyinvesting.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2010/07.

Anyone who may know what I'm doing wrong here.

Will highly appreciate any help.
