Flash Advertising on Metro Theme

Hi all. Here is the link to the website.

Wanted to ask if there is anyway of getting Flash inserts on the top and right hand side of the website to insert adverts from clients? Is there a plug-in and would it be easily inserted? I know where the spaces are and should be able to fit in the coding. Is it simple to do and has anyone got experience with it? I do have image rotator but it won't be the same as most adverts are flash based with the clientel we are looking/speaking with.
