Tabber Content Blinking then disappearing

Ok, here is an issue that I know will be fun! I have installed the plugins and activated them, I have set the correct cat=1 changes, all changes of the homepage are done, the custom fields have the appropriate info, but, the tabber section doesn't show up! If you hit the refresh button, the correct post titles blink up all at the same time but immediately go away. I have hunted for errors but I find none, I even deleted the content_gallery plugin and re-uploaded it, so, any ideas? Here is the site http://demo.wildwebdesigner.com/city/ I give up!
