Thumbnail image not showing in posts in Allure theme

Hi, I have tried to use the Thumbnail image in my posts, but they are not showing when I do a search. I have also installed a plug-in that works in other themes very well (Get the Image) to make selecting thumbnails easy, but no luck with this also.

Is there some check box or selection I need to make in the Allure theme to make thumbnails show? The site is www.tech-talk.com, but all posts are inside a WishList membership so you can't see them.
