I Cannot Access The Forum For My Theme

I hired a desgner to modify my theme and I do not have access to the Lifestyle forum. Can someone please help me. I am accessing this forum from my phone and do not have access to my desktop to redownload my theme. I need a Genesis theme for the theme to work she said. I don't know if I got this in Nov.
