Hey guys,
I've delved into the world of WordPress and StudioPress within the last year with the Corporate theme and i'm very impressed the the whole setup. The organisation I work for needed a new website and that's what i've been working on. The site is live and really 'a work in progress' as I continue to learn new features and plugins etc... I've basic knowledge of code and css which has helped me generate the site in it's current form. I know enough to be able to pick through code, figure out the section needed editing, and change it accordingly. One struggle I've had the past couple of days is that I would like the titles/headers in my widgets to have a background colour so as to stand out. As you will see on the site I have got the background colour there, but there appears to be some padding that stops the colour from reaching to the top, left, and right side of the widget area (which is what I REALLY want). Basically, I would like a band of color the whole way across the top of my widget areas surrounding the title text. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Andy Site: www.coaching4christ.co.uk |
