Sidebar Widget Showing Below posts in IE

Hello,

I never had this problem before. Last night I updated the colors and header of my site but that is all I did. Today the right sidebar area is below the homepage posts and they show dots as if the entire sidebar is now a bulleted list.

Last night and earlier today everything worked fine. I just noticed it this afternoon acting up like this. Today I haven't done anything to my site. I take that back, I put a new ad in the 468x60 area at the top.

Could someone take a look and see what you think? This is only happening in Internet Explorer.
