widgets not working on column left

I have all widgets turned off, in col left of lifestyle, yet there is:
Categories
Archives
Blogroll
Admin
still there by maqic -- is there an update? what to do??
ALSO:
in coltop - how do i get rid of :: Featured Video - why is this not a widget?/ or is it and something wrong??

IS IT ME ?? please help ... http://www.foodtrendsinternational.com
