Genesis upgrade discount?

I bought two classic themes a few years ago and have been considering upgrading to the Genesis framework. In order to upgrade to Genesis and get access to the upgraded themes, I would have to purchase Genesis, if I understand the process correctly? If so, Is there a discount for classic theme owners who need to buy Genesis?
