Image not showing in Widget using Internet Explorer 8

Hi all,

I have set up a WP blog (using Streamline 3.0) for a client here: www.sales-selling.com and inserted an image into the text widget (in Sidebar Top) at the top right of the RHS column.

The image I inserted shows up perfectly fine in Firefox (and even using my iphone copy of Safari), but multiple users of Internet Explorer (v 8 mostly) cannot see it just the text/hyperlink at the bottom of the image.

The code for the text widget is as follows:
