My sidebar moves underneath the post when not loged in.

My sidebar moves underneath the post when not loged in.

If i turn on "Users must be registered and logged in, to comment" then my sidebar with all navigation widgets to recent posts and categories and so on moved down underneath the post where the comment box should be.

The headline "Have your say" is still there, but the comment box is replaced by the sidebar.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
