Developer Question

I am interested in purchasing the pro package to include all themes but I can't seem to find the rules for it.

Does the pro package include unlimited use on unlimited domains or is there a limit?

Can you develop for clients or is there additional fees?

Can you remove any footer copyrights and replace with own?

If someone would kindly forward me the web address to what's actually included I would appreciate it!
