Comment Link Doesn't Show Comment Form

Comment Link Doesn't Show Comment Form

Hi,
I had this problem once before with a custom template in the Streamline theme, but I am working with Lifestyle this time.
I specified a specific custom archive template as well as a post template for a category, and since loading those custom pages, I can't get to a comments form from the link for "leave a comment"
I can get there through the "Featured" category archive page, but not through the page where the categories appear
