Change Feed to Email

I looking for the easiest way for me to change the RSS Feed burner signup to a place for them to sign up for an email list instead. I need to do this on a couple of my Revolution sites (one is www.FactoringInvestor.com).

In all likelihood I guess I would just want to replace the "Enter your email Address Here" box with an icon/hyperlink to send them to my list company (in a new window).

Any ideas?
