Facebook Comments on Wordpress

Hi,

We have seen a lot of websites that have replaced the comments sections with an integrated Facebook comments section, so that if users are logged in to facebook they can leave comments and these then also go on thier facebook pages.

Does anyone know how to replace the wordpress comments section with a dedicated facebook comments section, so comments are instantly added to the users facebook page as well as our facebook blog.
