Put Subpages on Subnavbar

Put Subpages on Subnavbar

Right now the subnavbar has the categories and the subpages (and subsubpages) are in a drop down menu.

Can you remove the drop down menu and put the subpages in the subnavbar.

Of course then you would remove the drop down menu and avoid having subsubpages.

Then put the actual blog on its very own page (with the categories on the sidebar).

I would also like to do this with the R1 themes. Is there a plugin for this or a way to modify the code?
