What Ad Widget/Plugin Do You Recommend?

Hey Guys,

I was just wondering what widget of plugins people recommend for banner placement in the sidebar?

I'm currently playing with the AgentPress theme but I'd like something that will be universal for all themes.

I'd like the ability to place a full range of banners from 125x125, 300x250 boxes to skyscrapers while being able to easily update, manage and even rotate them if possible.

So what widgets or plugins is everyone using?
