Besides Adsense and soliciting local businesses to advertise on my site, I'd like to incorporate some good affiliates and such into my site.
I've used some LinkShare advertisers before and had okay results, but unless you're a really big site, the percent of the purchases just isn't that great, if you can even get purchases. Same with things like Amazon links. I've been looking for things like coupon systems to be an affiliate for. Something that gives the visitor something valuable. I signed up as an affiliate for coupons.com, but they don't provide info on exactly how much you make and how you make it. The interface is so lacking too that it just isn't that appealing. Are there some things you would suggest? I'd like them to be things that add features for the visitor but also income benefit to me...a win/win?
