Database back-up

I activated the plugin for managing my databases.

I got this message at the top of plugins:

"Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public

To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /home2/cornerch/public_html/amigofit/wp-content/backup-db"

I'm not sure how to do this? Is it something I do through my host provider, Bluehost?
