What Would Seth Godin Do Plugin

I installed the What Would Seth Godin plugin today. When I view my blog, the welcome message is at the bottom of the post, when I selected to have it at the top of the posts. I tried selecting the bottom and that didn't work either.

Anyone else have this problem and know a way to fix it? Or maybe recommend another similar plugin that works with this theme right?
