Cant get rid of a Color on Nav Bar

Cant get rid of a Color on Nav Bar

Hello

I am having trouble with the Nav Bar on a site.

Take a look at the nav bar an see how the bottom edge is "rough". This is my first issue.

Second issue is when you mouse over and the Nav "drops down" there is a blue line where the "rough" edge is. I can not find this in the CSS to change or remove.

Thoughts?
