Default If I know Thesis, how long is learning curve here...

Hello everyone. I'm interested in trying Genesis. I come from a Thesis background, and understand custom functions, hooks, etc. I barely know anything about Genesis yet, just some overviews. I do understand what child themes are.

My question is, what sort of learning curve would you expect I'd find myself up against? A few hours or a few days?

And, in general terms, for those of you who know Thesis also, what would I miss about Thesis, and what would I be thrilled to find in Genesis that's not possible with Thesis?

By the way, I cannot find a manual or set of tutorials here. Can someone point me to them?
