Need to fix size of widgets

Hi All,

I am trying to get two widgets the same size for design purposes my homepage:
www.protocall.ie

The Homepage Bottom left widget contains dynamic content that changes everytime a user refreshes, so I need to get it to a fixed height.
I also want the homepage bottom right widget same height so it looks good...

I dont know which php file to do this or the code I would need for it!?

Anyone have any ideas?
