Pear Analytics Report?

Has anyone used Pear Analytics website analysis tool? I just ran it and it's saying I have multiple issues with my Agency themed site. Some of the errors are expected, such as domain age, Alexa rank, and backlinks. But others don't make sense.

For instance, it says it can't find a sitemap, but I have both the Google XML site map installed and a navigational sitemap listed in the footer of every page. Also, it says my title tags are either too long or too short. The entire report can be seen here.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
