I am getting this message when I try to upgrade my support account
"No transaction was found for this transaction number." I just purchased the StudioPress - Pro Plus All-Theme Package today and am following these instructions: -- Support Forum Access Upgrade Instructions -- In order to gain access to the StudioPress Support Forums and Tutorials follow these steps: Register yourself at the StudioPress Support Forums .... (click on the link) Log into the Forum Go to the User CP > Upgrade Support page .... (click on the link) Enter the your Transaction ID, displayed below, into the "Transaction ID" box and click on the "Save Changes" button. Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx When I try to use the 'Contact Us' link in the lower right, I do not get an option to email anyone .. how do I get you my information? Thanks, David. |
