Wordpress Super Cache Plug In

I really need to get this plug in working, and I'm having issues.

If someone is familiar with the plug in and can help, I'm willing to pay a few dollars for assistance.

I've confirmed with my Web host that I have everything that I need installed, but just not getting anywhere - way too many variables.
