BuddyPress customization -- anyone want to get paid?

I'm posting this here, since I've always had too luck with the Studiopress developers, and I know that you're both legitimate and talented -- no small compliment in the web world.

BlastMagazine.com is implementing Buddypress in order to engage our readers, lower our bounce rate, keep people on the site, and develop a sense of community on our site.

We'd like it to look, feel, and function like h-mag.com
