Default Three question in one post

Hi, first of all I would like you to say that the money spent with you was probably the best money I spent in the last years, second I start with the questions

1) I would like the archive page of my categories to show only some lines of the posts and, if there is, a thumbnail image, and not - like I have it now - the complete post (text included). If this is not possible, the archive page of my categories should show only the title of the post. How can I do?

2) I would like to change the colours of the header from black to blue..no problem with the left part (where is the logo, since it is an image) but how can I do with the rest..I am also disposed to renounce to the top banner...to do it.
Secondly I would like to change the background color of the lines in the home page: the ones where is written "recent posts", "featured musci", "enews and updates" etc....Is it possible? How can I do?

3) Do you think it is possible to insert two lines of words under the video (in the sidebar) to explain the content of the video?

Thanks for the help...
