Default Mini sites with Genesis for local businesses
Hi all,

I am planning to build mini sites 3 to 5 pages mainly for Sole Traders.

My aim is to reach the first page of Google for local searches.
Eg. plumber in Newport, Electrician in Cardiff, Accountant in Swansea

My questions:
Do you think that Genesis/WordPress can be the best choice? Or maybe is too much so more suitable for medium businesses? Can Genesis be an overkill?

Since they will be *Static* websites with the blog section added only on request, can this set-up affect the local searches ranking?
