unable to activate support for my theme

hi

i am unable to activate support for my theme that i purchased! i followed the instructions in the thank you page, go to user cp > upgrade support and enter my transaction number and its says 'No transaction was found for this transaction number.'

please let me know what yo need from me, i purchased 2 themes and need some help
