Default Why Don't I have Access to the Genesis Theme Support?

I recently purchased and installed the Genesis framework with the Prose Child Theme. I'm having issues with the header image, as many seem to be.

However, when I go to the "Genesis Theme Support" then to the "Prose Child Theme" and try to access a forum I'm getting the following error message?

"jstamp02, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

As a user of the theme why am I getting this message? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
