Double tool tips in IE?

I am having double tool tips showing up in the carousel that is kinda annoying in IE7 and IE6 but not FF3

Where do i adjust so that only the excerpt shows?

One of the images "Testimonials" doesn't do the double tool tips but I don't know what I did differently for that one.
