Sidebar Widget Issues

Not sure if I can ask this question but, I scrolled through the forum and couldn't find a related topic.... If I place 2 120x600 ads in my theme "Sidebars Left and Right"...I lose tthe theme Blogroll and other features. Is there a way to extend the page to include the Blogroll and pages widget.?
