Purchase

Hi,
I didn't know where to put this, so here it is. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a good magazine theme. Mostly because the categories are way down at the bottom and not on the right. If I purchase a theme here, what happens if it doesn't work for me? Do you have answers for that question if it turns out it happened here too? How good is the support? I had a heck of a time getting this far. Is the only support the forum?
