Moving to another host

Hi all

I have changed my host as I was running out of space. (old one was cpanel) I have gone to bluehost cpanel based but I am clueless on how to do it. I have 3 wordpress blogs

Can anyone recommend someone that would do it ? I am happy to pay not looking for a freebie.
