Help with upgrading to receive forum support

Have just bought the All Themes package. Have received download links and am able to download themes.

Have also received an upgrade code for forum support. However, when entering the transaction code from the email, I get the following response:

"No transaction was found for this transaction number."

I'd be grateful if someone could point me towards somewhere where I can receive help with this.
