how to change the permalink

I can't find a way to change the permalink on my post. For instance, the permalink for "어학 프로그램" is http://www.miuhak.com/m-i-recommended-programs/languageschool-program/%postname.htm . I want to change the end part of this permalink, "postname.htm" to something else. I can't seem to find a way to edit this permalink
