Looking to hire someone

I looking to hire someone to migrate a site from Movable Type 4 to WordPress 3 running the Genesis Theme Framework.

My primary objectives:

Smooth transition by end of year
Redirect the old posts to the new posts
Social Media integration

I'm also considering integrating BuddyPress into the revamped site.
