I just purchased Studio Press - Pixel Happy Child Theme, received the follow-up receipt of purchase email WITH the transaction number and despite numerous attempts, I keep getting rejected. I cannot upgrade in order to gain access to the 'paid' forums.
I am very frustrated.
Further instructions found on the 'help' forum say if this happens I can submit Contact form w/ the relevant information, but I cannot FIND such a Contact form.
I paid for the theme, have a Transaction ID, but am shut out - and, I cannot email anyone to ask how to fix this.
I don't know what to do. All I want is what I have paid for. Please help me! Thank you. I've been at it for 40 minutes now.
