Classic Agent 3.0 theme support discontinued?

Please forgive my ignorance, but I'm unable to quickly locate an answer to this question.

I purchased the (apparently older) Agent Theme 3.0 in February of this year while exploring a complete platform conversion to Wordpress and I am just now ramping up to build it out. I thought to come to this site and check to see if there is a later version, but it seems that the support forum for that classic template is either no longer or my login no longer has access to it, despite previously being available to my verified account (by entering my purchase code to my forum account as directed).

My question, has that template been discontinued in favor of the Genesis Framework and I should just pitch agent_30 in to the trash bin and take the loss by purchasing the new framework, or am I missing something? I'd have posted this question in another forum, but it would seem my previously purchase authenticated account no longer has access to post to anywhere else but here.
