After downloading theme, then how...

Hi,

This may seem very obvious to some. I'm new to word press and recently downloaded the Church theme.

I'm not sure where to go after I downloaded the theme on my desktop. How would I be able to integrate or upload this theme to my current word press page?

Any hints will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
