Plugin Developer or Modifier needed

Hello there
I'm building a rather large site for a client using the Genesis framework, but have run into a hurdle I can't seem to find a solution for. I am looking for an events plugin and can't seem to find one that will do what the client needs.

My question is, does anyone know of a plugin developer that is available to work on custom requests? If not, does anyone know of a place where I can locate such a developer relatively quickly?
