Hi,
We're currently using Lifestyle Classic and I'd like to change our page at http://www.livingonadime.com so that there is one blog post on the front page below the Featured Content Gallery and above the Featured "recent posts" section. I think I want to do what is described in this thread but I am a little confused... http://www.studiopress.com/support/s...ad.php?t=18216 I tried pulling the content from page_blog.php, but it only showed a list of blog posts without content. I think I need to copy the code from index.php and place it under the FCG code. If I do that, would I take the code from <div class="postarea">, not including the <div id="contentleft"> above it? I assume I don't need <div id="content"> since home.php already has this and I wouldn't want the calls for header, footer and sidebar in this area, right? Also, If I use the index.php code snippet, how do I limit the size just in case the blog post is huge? I hope this makes sense... Thanks in advance! Michael |
