Sidebar and Featured Column text is Bold

Hi Guys

Would appreciate any help you can offer this novice.

The text in my sidebar is bold and I can't workout how to change that to normal.

Also, I added another column above the default Featured Left and Right Columns and text in the bottom right has gone bold also.

Have no idea how or where to change this.

I would deeply appreciate any help.
